Booking Policy

At Muse Beauty Castlemaine we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients please take note of our booking and cancellation terms/conditions below, by booking any appointment at Muse Beauty you are agreeing to abide and follow these terms

Please be aware that Muse Beauty is not operational Monday-Sunday and any rescheduling needs to be done during our operational hours

48 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.

-Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in their deposit being forfeited

-Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred ONCE if sufficient notice is given

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments, this deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited for late cancellations, changes made after 48 hours notice or failure to attend your appointment

Same-Day Cancellations & No Shows

Appointments cancelled on the day of the service or not showing to your appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost, when booking any appointment online your card details are saved to your profile and this will be used to charge if needed otherwise this fee will need to be paid before re-booking in the future.

Showing up late to your appointment may cause us to have to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to provide your service to our usual quality, unfortunately if this is the case your deposit can not be transferred to your rescheduled appointment so please arrive on time.

Feeling Unwell?

Your health and ours comes first. Under Australian health and safety guidelines w cannot perform services on anyone showing symptoms of contagious illnesses such as colds, flu, COVID-19 or gastro. If you’re unwell please contact us as soon as possible your deposit will be forfeited but may be rescheduled at our discretion if we feel enough notice is provided.

At Muse Beauty we reserve the right to refuse service due to any of the subjects above
