Cancellations
If you for any reason have to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will need to give us 48 hours notice to your appointment time otherwise you will lose your deposit and if no deposit was paid you will be charged a 50% fee of the appointment booked. Deposits once paid are NON-REFUNDABLE, this is not an additional charge, the deposit will be used on your booking.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend or cancelling an appointment last minute (day of appointment) will result in the client having to pay the balance of the appointment booked, card details will be saved when booking online and will automatically be charged in these cases of no showing, exceptions will be made on a case by case basis, we respect all of our clients time so please respect ours.
Late Arrivals
Please note if you are late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame, we will try our hardest to fit you in as soon as possible but we are a busy salon and rebooking may not be at your earliest convenience but we will try our hardest to accommodate everyone’s needs
